		<description>Name one new law passed over the last year that can&#039;t be described as a boon for lawyers?  When we look deeply, many &quot;safety&quot; laws are 100% destructive of the little guys, a bit of a nuisance for the larger companies but an absolute BOON for the lawyers.   Is it that lawyers are better lobbyists?  Or contributors?  Or both? (than we, the people, that is...) </description>
