There were two NPV/Koza bills introduced this year in the Connecticut General Assembly, HB05016 and HB06437. The latter of these is moving, and an amendment has been offered that would require the consent of Congress before it could take effect.
The Connecticut Post calls the NPV/Koza scheme, “the wrong way” to change the presidential election system. The paper also ran a related news story on the NPV/Koza effort in Hartford.
